Foster, Victor Vernon, age 80, of Mount Laurel Township, NJ went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Friday, April 30, 2021. He passed away at Virtua Memorial Hospital after a brief illness.

Victor is survived by his devoted wife, Shell A. (nee Holland), his daughter, Victoria Dolbow, two granddaughters, Amanda Dolbow and Lauren Dolbow, and his sister Ethel Marty.

Victor retired after working in several different occupations during his life. He was a well driller, as well as a police officer and college professor. He also enjoyed fixing watches and gardening after retirement.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, May 30, 2021 at 1 pm at the Kresson Bible Church, 329 Kresson Gibbsboro Road, Voorhees Township, NJ.
