Carter, Jerome, age 51, of Old Bridge, NJ died unexpectedly on February 18, 2017.  He is survived by his mother, Shirley Carter (nee Hobbs) of Old Bridge, NJ and a brother, Dwayne Burroughs of Clearwater, FL, and two sisters, Angela Carter-Price of White Plains, NY and Veronica D. Carter of Bronx, NY.  He is also survived by a dear cousin, Terrence Nunes of Old Bridge, NJ. Services will be announced at a future time.
