Carmen Margarita Santiago Perez, 73, passed away at her home surrounded by her family.

Mrs. Santiago Perez is survived by her husband, Franklyn Perez, her sons, Omar Ernesto Perez and his wife, Martha C. Pagnlllo, and Marco Alberto Perez.  She also is survived by her grandchildren: Elisa Margarita, Xavier Antonio, and Amaya Christie.

Carmen was a social worker with the New York City Board of Education.

Services were private.
