Dearest Cousins Anthony & Janice,
We were saddened to receive the news of Michael's passing. Each time an Easter goes by I think about the laughter, our Italian family and the delicious food we shared at your mom & dad's house. The obituary is a beautiful tribute to the Michael we all loved. You both took such good care of Michael with such overwhelming odds. Take peace knowing that you two are truly blessed. Thank you so much, Steph and Billy. We just received the gastronomical feast that you sent to us! I can't wait to dig in when Anthony gets home! That was so sweet and very generous, thank you. As you know, Michael was a very unique soul and he was just so good. He would never hurt anyone. I'm glad we were there for him. I know Nancy and Frank were very happy that he had us to lean on for all these years, especially during those times when his life became so complicated. It's always good to know that your family is there for you. He's resting in the sweetest peace now. God bless his soul.....xoxo

Marie and family,
Michael sounds like an amazing person gifted with so many wonderful talents. Thank you for sharing his story so openly so others can see how much can be accomplished despite a significant diagnosis such as Bi-polar schizophrenia. Very commendable and a touching tribute. Thank you very much for your kind words. His brother, Anthony, and I felt it was very important to shine the light on every facet of who Michael was, perhaps in some small way contributing to the removal of stigmatization toward mental illness. Your thoughts and prayers are truly appreciated.
