Anna W. Partridge

Ann Willwerth Partridge passed on October 31st. She was born on December 3rd 1933 in Ridgeway, Ontario Canada. She resided at Sunrise Senior Living in Madison, NJ where she finally succumbed from complications of Alzheimer’s disease. She is survived by her daughter Sarah Partridge Stein, her grandchildren Benjamin Stein, William Stein and Grace Gurney. Other survivors are her brothers David, Donald and Raymond Willwerth. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Partridge, and son Samuel Partridge. She graduated from The University of Buffalo with a degree in English.

Ann was a loving wife and mother who always thought of her family first. She is remembered for her smile and sense of style. She loved music and museums. She and her husband Larry enjoyed traveling and entertaining friends where they lived both in Boston, MA and Birmingham, AL. While Ann was born in a small town, she grew to love bustling cities. Her husband, Larry, was an architect and she learned to love all aspects of structural and interior design.

There will be no funeral services. Ann wanted her ashes to be scattered with her husband and son as well as in her home town of Ridgeway.

The family would like to thank the staff of Sunrise of Madison and Vitas Hospice Care.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Ann's name to the Bright Focus Foundation in support of Alzheimer's Disease Research.
