Kumar Maharjan, 75, of Kirtipur, Kathmandu, Nepal passed away at his home in New Jersey (US) on Sunday, June 19th, 2022 peacefully surrounded by his family.
Mr. Kumar Maharjan was born in Kathmandu, Nepal where he studied BBA. He served as an Officer at the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in NY and retired in 2007.
He is survived by his wife of over fifty years, Mrs. Krishna Kumari Maharjan, his sons Sunil Maharjan and Anil Maharjan, his daughter Sushila Maharjan, his daughter-in-laws Victoria Poon- Maharjan and Varsha Maharjan, his son-in-law Pradyumna Maharjan, his grandkids, Prithvi Maharjan, Prithav Maharjan, Sanjay Maharjan, Sunny Maharjan, Savita Maharjan, Aayan Maharjan and Aaryah Maharjan.
Mr. Maharjan lived life to the fullest. He enjoyed listening to music, watching movies, sports, trying different cuisine and was always lively. He was eager to try anything new and loved new gadgets.
Please join us in celebrating Mr. Kumar Maharjan’s life: the family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 22, 2022 between the hours of 10 am and 12 noon at the Ewing Cemetery and Crematory, 78 Scotch Road, Ewing, NJ 08628 for a traditional funeral service.
